Contempt of Court?

Sanjay Suvarna made repairs to the structure on which the Bombay Civil Court has ordered a "status quo" by both parties, BMC and Sanjay Suvarna. On June 24, 2011, Sanjay Suvarna broke a wall and inserted a door and a window, clearly violating the status quo and committing a contempt for the court's order.

Yesterday, July 4, 2011, a BMC lady lawyer, who Sanjay Suvarna claims is being "managed" by his lawyer, connived to get the hearing adjourned to a future date, inspite of the Administrative Officer (AO) from the Estate Department being present in court for the hearing. The BMC lawyer, apparently, cared two hoots for the fact that this officer was in court in relation with a particular case. She made no attempt whatsoever to get the matter to be heard by the court, inspite of the judge asking if there was any other matters that lawyers wanted to be heard.

On the side note, the shoddy show of this lawyer pertaining to other cases of the BMC that she represented was there was all to see. No organization would ever have such an incompetent lawyer on their payroll, such shamelessly - it only has to be an Indian Governmental organization such as the BMC, indicative of the colossal corruption that permeates through this organization, right from the very top to the bottom.
