5 letters were submitted to various police personnel yesterday, detailing Sanjay Suvarna's attempt to file a false FIR at Worli Police Station. When we visited the Worli Police Station yesterday, we spoke to a Police Officer present on duty. He informed us that Sanjay Suvarna had attempted 3 times to file a false FIR. On the first 2 occasions they had called off his bluff without informing us. On the 3rd occasion we were informed and called to the Police Station. So, in effect, no FIR seems to have been lodged.
And now that we have documented our complaint, the possibility of Sanjay Suvarna being successful in lodging a false FIR stands further reduced.
However, the question that really needs to be answered is that, if Sanjay Suvarna has made several attempts to file a false FIR, why isn't the Mumbai Police able to take action against him?
