2) Resolved about maintenance of accounts
- accounts will be maintained on this website / blog
- monthly printed account statement will be physically distributed to all homes
- before undertaking any major expenses, prior discussion with all contributors will be required
- any expenses will be informed through email and SMS to all contributors
3) Expenses will be utilized for the following kind of work (this is not an exhaustive list)
- Gutter / drainage system repair for A and B blocks
- Minor maintenance / cleaning of gutters / drainage
- locking of gutters / drainage
